Warranty And Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, simply contact us. Give us the opportunity to make sure you are a satisfied customer.
PLANT WARRANTY – All shrubs and trees planted by Smith Lawn And Tree, are guaranteed for a one (1) year period. Replacement of plants under the warranty plan will be done no later than one week before the one year deadline is up.

The guarantee is valid under the following provisions:

• That the client has kept the plants watered on a regular schedule consistent with that indicated above under Water Guidelines.
• That the plants have not been, as determined by Smith Lawn And Tree, damaged unnaturally due to vehicles, pets, people, improper spraying of fertilizing by anyone other than Smith Lawn And Tree.
• That the plants have not been damaged due to water restrictions, flooding, storm damage, freeze damage, drought or any other Acts of God that are uncontrollable.
• That the plants have not been, as determined by Smith Lawn And Tree, damaged or killed due to severe winter conditions such as low temperatures, dehydration, or snow damage.
• Plants that have died during the warranty period will be replaced one (1) time only at the end of the guarantee. Replacements are not covered with an additional guarantee, thus ending all warrant work.
• Warranty does not cover the following material: Sod, Seed, Bulbs, Annual Flowers, Chrysanthemums, Cabbage, and Kale.

PAVER WALKS & PATIOS AND WALLS WARRANTY

All pavers walks, paver patios and walls installed by Smith Lawn And Tree are guaranteed for a one (1) year period for workmanship and on all Pave Stone products in cases of defects.
