With 4 Major Divisions – Irrigation, Landscape, Tree Care, and Landscape Maintenance, we are a one stop shop for our Clients Providing exceptional Value. Founded in 1997 we have a wonderful culture and workplace that encourages employee development and advancement, training, and excellent customer service. We have 2 locations in Richland Hills and Carrollton with Over 150 Employees Peak season. We are currently expanding in the DFW market and looking for key employees to be a part of that growth.
Now Interviewing for Commercial Landscape Account Manager for our Richland Hills location
Seeking a proactive, self-starter to manage portfolio of clients and commercial properties, with an emphasis on HOA landscape management. Position will be focused on building and retaining strong client relationships, using horticultural expertise, managing crews in the field and a high level of customer service with a commitment to landscape quality. Active participant as a member of the Smith team, building strong relationships with co-workers and pitching in when needed to support each other and the company as a whole.

 

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Client Partnerships
• Develop strong business partnerships with your clients to encourage long-term loyalty
• Timely response to solve client requests and concerns
• Assist with company growth through referrals from existing clients
• Attend client meetings, Board meetings as needed to make presentations
Property Oversight and Enhancement
• Conduct regular site visits to assess landscape quality
• Assemble punch lists for maintenance crews
• Identify, estimate, and present landscape enhancement project ideas
Crew Supervision
• Set up enhancement crews, maintenance crews, and/or irrigators on site, providing direction and oversight to all projects that take place on your properties
• Work closely with crew supervisors to efficiently maintain the site in a high quality manner
• Provide crew training when needed and support crew supervisors in training and managing crew members
• Provide oversight to ensure crew safety during field operations

• Passionate about working in the landscape industry
• Commercial landscape experience required
• Working knowledge of plants, irrigation, correct horticultural practices, landscape equipment, landscape installation practices
• Competence with common computer software – MS Office, Internet, Google, database, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with DFW Metroplex
• Pesticide, irrigation or other industry licensing a plus
Working Spanish a plus
